Can I custom order different Connector colors/finishes?
Yes, we have many finishes available.Plain Raw metal, Zinc, Black Zinc, Powder coating, and acrylic paint or any other surface finish or texture you desire.
While we can do custom colors, it is almost impossible to match an existing color perfect. With this in mind, we will do our best to match your color as close as possible. Let us know what you would prefer.
How do I order or get pricing?
Just send us a note with the quantity and sizes you need and we will get back to you with pricing, finishes, shipping charges, etc.
About images and custom designed connectors...
Just about any format will work for us. They can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to the address on our contacts page.
How thick are the connectors?
The thickness varies, depending on the application. Please refer to the next question. Our capabilities range from 16 gauge (0.0598 inches) to 1 inch plate. Materials range from mild steel to aerospace alloys
Will you work with my engineer, architect, or designer?
Absolutely. Feel free to forward our information to them, and we would be more than happy to work with them.
Are your connectors structural, or cosmetic?
They can be either, and both. If your application calls for a certain strength, usually specified by a structural engineer, we will provide you with mill certifications on the materials utilized for the specified connector.
Can I design my own connectors?
Yes. We will work with you in order to achieve exactly what you desire. To get started, send our info department an email with an attached drawing or photo. You can send your image in virtually any format you wish.
