Policies and Terms
On Payments:
All items can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Check, or MO. All other forms of payment must be preapproved. Most custom orders require a 50% deposit to start work and the final 50% due on shipping. No items will be shipped unless paid in full.
Samples:
We do not supply free samples but can work out special pricing on certain pieces if you would like to see our work before ordering. Just ask
Warranty:
All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty from manufacture defects in material and workmanship.

Support policies:
We take pride in offering complete customer support for our connectors and products. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:
- We will support all connectors purchases for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- We may not offer free support for items that have been significantly altered.
Refund policy:
Our standard connectors that are in stock can be returned within 7 days for a full refund less S&H. after 7 days a restocking fee will be applied
Custom built connectors, are usually not refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. So we can help resolve the issue.
